Rachael Coverdale, the president of Coverdale Consulting, has spent the last fifteen years immersed in marketing and sales. She lives by the life philosophy, “Let’s make a memory,and weaves that motto throughout her personal and professional life. Whether it’s creating a brand, communications strategy, or dinner with friends, Rachael makes it momentous. From working with high-profile businesses to campaigns, Rachael aims to be innovative and zealous with her approach. Now over to you, Rachael! 

My Maven Superpower is … Bringing immature humor to any situation. 

A fun fact about me is … I won the Junior Olympics in figure skating when I was 10.  

The best book I’ve read lately is … Write Your OWN Story: Three Keys to Rise and Thrive as a Badass Career Woman” by Rebecca Fleetwood Hession.

The skill I most want to learn is … Stillness practice.

My first job was … Corporate: The Sanders Group a video production/marketing agency. First kid job: Middle school cheerleading coach.

My favorite quote is … From a Nike T-shirt I was very proud of that I had in the early 1990s: When the going gets tough, the tough kick butt.  

Self-care habit I swear by is … “Self-Care Sundays” which include a nap, doing something creative, a face mask, and getting my mind right for the week. 

My favorite non-profit to support is … Brooke’s Place.

I feel most confident when … I’m in my black blazer with some heels, walking into a meeting that I know I’ve prepared for, and I’ll dominate.

My favorite local restaurant dish is … Right now, it’s spaghetti and meatballs from The Nesst in Noblesville.

The thing I’ve been binging lately is … The Bear.”

A Maven you should know is … Hannah Glaser (Premium Sales Account Manager at the Indianapolis Colts).

The thing I’d like to celebrate with the Maven community is We continue to grow at our marketing agency! Seven years ago, it was just me. Now we have a team of nine!

What’s next for me is … Continuing to do amazing, impactful work for clients!
