De-Stressing our Lives: Ten Tools for Less Anxiety with 10MoreSeconds at Maven Space

Thursday October 6th from 4-5pm Lindsay Willard of 10MoreSeconds, LLC will be joining us at Maven Space for an afternoon decompression session where she will give tangible ways to manage feelings of stress and anxiety. PLUS one lucky winner will leave with a little 10MS meal planner (it’s so fun and helps you feel organized) and a large decal (the kind you put on computers or water bottles or cars).

During the presentation, attendees will get to sample Adult Spring Break beverages. 21+ only

She started 10MoreSeconds in 2019, with the goal of making a healthier lifestyle something that’s actually enjoyable for individuals (working one-on-one with clients and teaching virtual group fitness classes) and companies (she also works with local businesses to create a healthier culture in the workplace). “I often hear that people don’t like exercise or they don’t think eating well is attainable.
