Indy Maven Kitchen Knife Skills Zoom Class With Dinner!

Goose Butcher Shelva leads this hands-on class. Learn the professional techniques to dice, slice, mince, and chiffonade.
Work step-by-step with Shelva to learn and practice the correct knife grips, finger placements, holding positions, and more to safely, efficiently, beautifully, and consistently cut a variety of ingredients. At the end of class, you’ll have all your prep finished for a full dinner, wine and dessert included!

When the time comes, click on the live video link and join in this interactive, hands-on class with live instruction by Goose staff. Afterward, we’ll share the video recording of the class, so participants also have the option to watch whenever it’s convenient.
