Yoga & Mindfullness for Young People

While our communities are struggling to find a safe way for our kids to return to school in the Fall, we know that their mental health is just as important as their physical safety. The problem is, many parents and educators do not have the tools to help manage stress and anxiety for themselves, much less for their kids. We believe we can keep our children both physically and mentally well with meditation, mindfulness and a yoga practice. This training will take place virtually over 2 evenings and you will leave empowered to incorporate these tools in your life and share with others.
- Learn about these powerful practices and how to implement them in your daily life and with children of any age.
- Explore the WHY behind yoga and mindfulness and their proven track record of helping children cope with stressful situations.
- Be prepared to provide children tools or mindfulness based practices for kids to manage their stress and be resilient whether they are learning at home or at school.
