What does it really take to open a franchise when you’ve never done it before?
Join entrepreneur, community builder, and future owner of The Sports Bra Indy, Eve Keller, for an honest, behind-the-scenes look at her journey from idea to franchise ownership. Guided by her personal philosophy of Delusional Audacity, the belief that sometimes you have to be bold enough to pursue a vision before anyone else can see it. Eve will share the lessons learned, challenges navigated, and opportunities discovered while bringing Indianapolis’ first women’s sports bar to life.
Attendees will gain insight into the franchise model, funding strategies, community-centered entrepreneurship, and the realities of launching a purpose-driven business. Eve will discuss how her experiences as a leadership development trainer, REALTOR®, FEMA reservist, LGBTQ+ advocate, and Co-President of USA Prides have shaped her approach to leadership, risk-taking, and creating spaces where people feel seen, valued, and connected.
Whether you’re considering franchise ownership, dreaming about starting your own business, looking for investment opportunities, or simply wondering what happens when passion meets purpose, this session will provide practical takeaways, candid stories, and inspiration to embrace a little Delusional Audacity in your own life.
You’ll also get a preview of upcoming initiatives, including the launch of The Sports Bra Indy, the expansion of MORE Natural Helpers, and new opportunities to support women’s sports, youth leadership, and community-driven impact across Indiana.

Don’t leave your local impact up to a tarot reading. Join Indy Maven at The Local Radish for our July Meetup! We’re gathering amid the crystals, candles, and apothecary goods to hear from owner Brit Spencer. She’s sharing her holistic approach to planting deep roots—from running for public office to cultivating a literal community garden. Come learn how to sow the seeds of a powerful local network and keep that spark of creativity and inspiration.
As women, we are praised for being “resilient”—but constant resilience can lead to burnout if we aren’t careful. How do you keep creating handmade jewelry, sourcing beautiful things, and dreaming up big community ideas when the administrative, political, and financial realities of running a business are testing your limits?
Brit balances curating ethically sourced, fair-trade crystals and artisan wares with active, front-line political leadership as a Precinct Chair and Democratic Delegate. Whether she is navigating city-level small business policies or nurturing urban green spaces, Britt works tirelessly to ensure every endeavor contributes to a more connected, educated, and equitable community.
Come get inspired, protect your creative spark, and connect with a room full of incredible local women.
