Alissa spent over 13 years as a Pediatric Physical Therapist at Peyton Manning Children's Hospital and Riley Hospital for Children before launching two businesses rooted in creativity, connection, and community.

She co-founded Create Art Studio in Broad Ripple, a process-based art space that's collaborated with more than 50 local artists since opening in 2023, and founded Create Custom Travel, a boutique travel advisory focused on culture-forward, personalized experiences.

→ In this session, Alissa will share how grief, motherhood, mentorship, and community shaped her decisions along the way. She'll talk candidly about listening to her inner voice, navigating career transitions without imposter syndrome, and viewing each chapter as preparation for the next.
