My Maven Superpower is…being an active listener and ensuring my patients feel heard.
Self-care habit I swear by…grabbing an iced coffee and taking a shopping trip to Target or HomeGoods!
My first job was…a Subway sandwich artist.
The best advice I can offer is…To enjoy the little things. As cliche as it sounds, having a toddler reminds me to slow down and really take in each moment because I know it won’t last forever.
A purchase I’ve been loving lately is…the Tower 28 SOS Daily Rescue Facial Spray. I have incorporated it into my skincare routine and it is so refreshing.
I feel most confident when…I take just a few extra minutes to myself in the morning to get ready for the day. Mom life can be busy and often I forget how something so simple can really make such an impact!
My favorite local restaurant dish is…Birria Short Ribs from Delicia in Broad Ripple.
The thing I’ve been binging lately is…any Bravo TV show!
A fun fact about me is…I’ve been paragliding in the Swiss Alps!
The skill I most want to learn is…floral arranging. I am an amateur at this but would love to learn more in depth techniques to elevate my arrangements.
A Maven you should know is…Dr. Stephanie Schick
My favorite nonprofit to support is…Hancock Health’s Women Helping Women Initiative.
What have you achieved recently that you’d like to celebrate with our community?…I recently reached a milestone of 5 years practicing as a Nurse Practitioner and celebrated my 10-year anniversary working for Hancock Health earlier this year!
What’s next for you? What can we expect to see over the next few years?…I hope to continue to expand our practice at Hancock Health and provide high-quality care for our community.
I feel most myself when…I am spending quality time with my husband and daughter. This could be doing something as simple as grabbing ice cream or going on a trip!
My “must-have” product is…the Cactus Fruit 3-in-1 Styling Cream + Taming Wand by Dae Hair to keep any flyaways down.
