8 Seafood Spots to Hit This Summer

Bring us all the food from the ocean, please and thank you.

Picture it, a hot day with a delicious lobster roll and an ice cold beer for lunch, maybe followed by some grilled fish for dinner. There’s something just so refreshing about seafood in the summer.

Here are eight places where you can get your seafood on, whether you’re dining in, carrying out, or cooking at home.

Bluepoint Oyster House

Having opened its doors just as the COVID-19 pandemic hit, Bluepoint Oyster House still falls into the “new” restaurant category. Mosey over to the patio of this Broad Ripple business and on Tuesdays for $2 oysters.

Salt on Mass

If you’re looking for a slightly more upscale seafood, steaks and cocktails vibe in the downtown area, consider Salt on Mass. From salt and pepper calamari cut in-house and sashimi grade crudo served on Himalayan salt blocks to long-ling caught Chilean sea bass,

Caplinger’s Fresh Catch

You can’t talk about seafood in Indiana and not mention Caplinger’s Fresh Catch. You can get all the fresh and frozen seafood your heart desires in the market as well as dine-in or carry-out dishes from the restaurant including po boys, lobster rolls, seafood platters, and fish sandwiches galore.
