As the month of May kicks off, we’re excited to announce that Indy Maven and Maven Space have joined forces to partner with Coburn Place, a local organization dedicated to helping survivors of domestic violence. We’re collaborating to gather new children’s underwear for all ages and genders throughout the month of May.

Coburn Place is a non-profit organization that provides transitional housing and support services to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, and other forms of interpersonal abuse. The organization believes in empowering survivors by helping them break the cycle of violence and achieve long-term independence.

One of the many challenges that survivors and their families face is access to basic necessities, such as underwear. With our partnership, we hope to collect new underwear for children of all ages and genders to help meet this need.

We invite the community to join us in this effort by donating new children’s underwear throughout the month of May. Donations can be dropped off at the following locations:

Maven Space: 433 N. Capitol Ave., Ste. 100, Indianapolis, IN 46204

HER Home Design: 5502 W 73rd St Suite A, Indianapolis, IN 46268

Donations can also be made online through Coburn Place’s Amazon Wishlist.

We believe that coming together as a community to support survivors of domestic violence and their families is critical. Through this partnership with Coburn Place, we hope to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve.

Thank you for joining us in this effort!
