A fun fact about me is …
My nickname is Jiff, and I have had it since I was 2 years old. It worked out well being born in the 80’s and we had over 50 Jennifers in my high school…I am way more comfortable being called Jiff than Jennifer so feel free to use it. 😉

A Maven you should know is …
My friend Angie Davis—she is crushing the cleaning business she created earlier this year.
My favorite nonprofit to support is …
ICAN because I am obsessed with dogs, and they do amazing work with therapy dogs.
What have you achieved recently that you’d like to celebrate with our community?
I recently became a WHY Certified Coach, based on Simon Sinek’s work, which helps put words and language to WHY they do what they do and what their internal motivation is. It has been fun to work with both individuals and teams to bring clarity to WHY they do what they do and better understand why others do what they do. It enhances better communication and elevates team dynamics.
What’s next for you? What can we expect to see over the next few years?
I love speaking my message of Embracing Your Inner Warrior: Overcoming Victim Mentality. I truly believe we all have an inner warrior within us and it is my mission to encourage others to tap into theirs with confidence, clarity, and passion. I look to travel around the country to be on stages and speak to thousands. The only person that is going to hold us back in this life is ourselves. I want to empower as many people as I can so that they have everything they need within them to have the life they have always wanted. I also see myself being more involved in the podcast space and excited to have recently partnered with my friend Nikki’s company, People Forward Network, which is all about people-forward leaders and sharing stories of how and why certain companies are thriving…the podcast space is on fire, and I am thrilled to be a part of it.
