It’s not every day you meet a Nurse Practitioner who can seamlessly bridge the gap between high-level medical science and aesthetic confidence. With a career background in Neurology and Primary Care, Liz Jourdan is now focusing her expertise where women need it most: Aesthetics and Women’s Health. You can book an appointment with her at Alternate View for aesthetic treatments, or connect with her virtually for personalized Perimenopause and Menopause tele-health care.
When she’s off duty, she’s living the best of both worlds—balancing bustling Indy life with serene days at Lake Lemon. She’s been happily married for 11 years, is a proud dog mom to a puggle named Sarge, and never turns down a sunny day on the water or a getaway with her favorite girlfriends.
My Maven Superpower is…is helping women rediscover their confidence. Whether it’s through improving their health, enhancing their natural features, or simply taking the time to truly listen. I love being part of a journey that empowers others to become their most confident selves.
Best book I’ve read lately is…The Women by Kristin Hannah
Self-care habit I swear by…is a night time routine that includes skin care and relaxation for a good night’s sleep.
My first job was…pet-sitting
The best advice I can offer is…to have patience for others and give them grace. Live in the present. Tomorrow is not promised.

A purchase I’ve been loving lately is…lip filler!
I feel most confident when…I have made someone feel better about themselves. Whether it’s easing a concern, guiding them with their health, or accentuating their natural beauty.
My favorite local restaurant dish is…Lamb Chops at Piedra
The thing I’ve been binging lately is…White Claw (it’s lake season).
A fun fact about me is…I was runner up for Ms. Lake Lemon’s 2025 and placed in the top 10 in 2026. Ms. Lake Lemon is a quirky pageant for women 37+ who compete in ridiculous physical challenges while wearing formal wear, muck boots, and work gloves.
The skill I most want to learn is…Jewelry making, specifically silversmithing.
A Maven you should know is…Mollie Tavel!
My favorite nonprofit to support is…Women of Marian.
What’s next for you? What can we expect to see over the next few years?…Continuing to grow as a provider while helping more women feel healthy, confident, and empowered. I’m looking for opportunities to expand my skills, stay current with new treatments, and make a meaningful impact on others lives.
I feel most myself when…I am with my girlfriends. Sipping wine, outside, talking about life. Sharing our experiences with each other, realizing we all have struggles and need each other to
My “must-have” product is…Botox!
