Tell us about yourself…

As the founder and CEO of House of Shamaiah, my journey is fueled by a deep-seated passion for mission-driven initiatives and a commitment to collaborating with individuals eager to embrace their true calling while making meaningful contributions to their communities. My career has been a testament to resilience, marked by overcoming adversities many thought would deter my path. This experience has not only solidified my footing as a leader in my industry but has also instilled in me a relentless drive to empower others to surmount their challenges and achieve their fullest potential.

Having worked with women across the United States and Canada, I’ve witnessed remarkable transformations as individuals step fully into their purpose. My role extends beyond leading House of Shamaiah; it’s about fostering a supportive environment where people can grow, thrive, and give back in ways that resonate with their personal and professional goals.

On a personal note, my life is richly blessed with two incredible sources of joy and inspiration: my daughter, who is on the cusp of adulthood at nearly 18, and our perfect Golden Retriever. Both are the loves of my life, grounding me in love and joy and reminding me daily of the importance of balance, compassion, and unconditional support.

My mission is to continue breaking barriers, challenging the status quo, and creating a ripple effect of empowerment and positive change. It’s more than a business; it’s a movement towards enabling individuals to not only dream big but also to actualize those dreams in ways that contribute to the greater good. Join us on this journey, and let’s make a difference together.

My Maven Superpower is …

Being able to strategize solutions and offer tangible solutions for any challenge encountered.

The best book I’ve read lately is …

“At Your Command” by Neville Goddard.

Self-care habit I swear by …

Meditation.

The best advice I can offer is …

Embrace your unique and authentic self unapologetically and pursue what genuinely brings you joy. You are here for a purpose, and the moment you fully accept and celebrate your true essence, you unlock the magic within, paving the way for a life filled with profound fulfillment and impact.

A purchase I’ve been loving lately is …

My recent office remodel. This remodel is not just an upgrade to my physical space but also an investment in my well-being, my business, and my professional growth. It’s a tangible commitment to my goals and aspirations, providing a daily reminder of your journey and achievements.

I feel most confident when …

I am able to support other women in their journey to the next phase, empowering them to unlock their full potential and embrace the path ahead with strength, grace, and conviction.

A fun fact about me is …

I am on the Autism spectrum, and I consider it one of my superpowers. It grants me unique perspectives, extraordinary focus, and a deep capacity for innovation, enhancing my ability to navigate challenges and connect with the world in my own remarkable way.

My favorite nonprofit to support is …

The Little Timmy Project.

What’s next for you? What can we expect to see over the next few years?

When thinking about the future, I’m incredibly excited about the opportunities that lie ahead, not just for myself personally and House of Shamaiah, but for the entire community of mission-driven organizations. The most immediate thing to expect next is a complete relaunch of our brand this spring. This is exciting because it expands our current services, and we’re bringing back fan-favorite services that gave us our start. We are also launching a non-profit ourselves, which has always been a dream of mine.

The next few years will be about pushing boundaries, fostering collaboration, and enhancing the impact of good spread throughout the world. We are incredibly optimistic about the future and believe that by working together, we can expand our reach of impact in a magnificent way. Buckle up. Because amazing and innovative things are being birthed as we speak.
