Oliver Winery Cherry Lime Moscatorita


  • ½ Tbsp kosher salt
  • Zest of one lime
  • 1 oz. fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz. tequila
  • 2 oz. Cherry Moscato
  • ½ oz. Montmorency cherry juice (or grenadine)
  • Sliced lime for garnish


Combine kosher salt and lime zest in a shallow dish. Dip the rim of an 8 oz. cocktail glass in water and then into the salt/lime mixture. Fill cocktail glass with ice. Pour fresh lime juice, tequila, Cherry Moscato, and cherry juice or grenadine into cocktail glass. Stir to combine. Garnish with a fresh lime wedge.
