Eat Surreal

Eat Surreal is the perfect place to get your dips and spreads. From creative flavors like everything bagel to spicy dips like Bam, eat a sample and you’ll be hooked. They also are super inclusive, as all of their spreads are nut-free, gluten-free, and plant-based. And if you can’t attend the Broad Ripple Farmers Market, don’t worry. Farm to Product

My personal favorite summer appetizer is hummus, and Anna over at Farm to Product delivers! Farm to Product has all sorts of hummus, soups, and salads made from fresh ingredients. If you haven’t had the chance to have homemade hummus, it is an easy and fun sunny weather snack.

Home Ec

Ever wanted to try blueberry and bourbon peach jam? Well now you can at Home Ec. Jessica Sowls’ preserves and pickles are award-winning and also delicious. Additionally, almost all of her preserves are “low in sugar, and never contain artificial flavors, preservatives, corn syrup, or GMOs”. So go visit Jessica for all things preserves!

Positive Foodie Vibes

Whitney Barnett loves fusion food, seasonal eating, and sustainable eating (we love!). She sells beautiful soul food and inspiring drinks that are sure to have your taste buds dancing. She also sells her own seasoning that is the perfect gift for those grill masters in your life.

Tall Girl Specialty Pasta

Diane Self is the queen of pasta. Never using artificial flavors or colors, tall girl specialty pasta typically has six different flavors and five to seven different shape options. She also offers pasta-making classes, which sounds like the Maven’s perfect gals night activity.

Abby Kom is the 2023 Indianapolis Press Club Fellowship winner, has a passion for fresh-made bread, and LOVED everything from Yay!Donuts.
