Owner and food scientist Rachel is a coffee lover herself, so she knows what she wants in a good cup of joe. She and her husband traveled to twenty-two countries to try and rate cookies, and after that, Ellie attended a pastry and arts program. Claire Hoang started Vietnamese Eggroll Bar in 2017. And pro tip – if you haven’t tried a Vietnamese egg roll, you HAVE to! She focuses on high-quality ingredients and always fries the rolls on-site, right before your eyes. Trust us, you won’t regret visiting this vendor.
YAY! DONUTS
Esleen Dacanay, Rica Bautista and Deanna Bautista are experts in the donut game. If you’ve had a pastry from Yay! Donuts, you know how magical these Filipino-inspired donuts are. Our favorite flavors include cookies and cream and strawberry jam. But they don’t just do donuts, either. I had their pork buns last weekend and WILL be going back for seconds.
