Gramlich posing in front of Girls Inc. signLindsay Gramlich is the President and CEO of Girls Inc. Indy. She’s also a mom, wife, daughter, friend and sister. She really wants to be Leslie Knope when she grows up, and so channels her often. Her Indianapolis journey began 13 years ago during an unpaid summer internship at The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis. She stayed there for 12 years, working mostly in Development. Last October she joined Girls Inc. as VP of Development, became Interim President and CEO in February, and after a comprehensive executive search, was appointed permanent President and CEO in May. Lindsay holds a Bachelor’s Degree from DePauw University and a Master’s of Public Affairs degree from Indiana University. Exercise is her therapy; she loves to read (slash listen to audiobooks), to travel to new places and explore cultures, and to participate in new activities with her kids. It has always been a dream to lead a nonprofit, thus she is exactly where she’s supposed to be. The Girls Inc. mission lives deep in her soul. Tell us more, Lindsay!
