Indianapolis native, Kitana Wolff, wears a lot of hats. Her roles span from entrepreneur to mother to yoga and meditation teacher to psychic medium and more. From a young age, Kitana says she broke out of the mold and forged her own way, stepping into her gifts and embracing courage and self-love. Over to you, Kitana!

My Maven Superpower is … Bridging the metaphysical and the physical.

Self-care habit I swear by … Yoga, meditation, breath work, water, and never going to sleep with your makeup on.

The best book I’ve read lately is … Quantum Warrior: The Future of the Mind by John Kehoe

My first job was … Being a summertime nanny for my youngest sibling.

The best career advice I can offer is Find something that you are SUPER passionate about and follow that impulse to build a reality around it. Dreams are not just for sleeping. The joy is in living them.

A purchase I’ve been loving lately is … A monthly membership to The Hot Room

My favorite local restaurant dish is … That depends on the season and my mood honestly. I am a huge FOODIE and very intentional on what I choose to nourish my body with. I love trying out new restaurant experiences, especially if they have an Asian flavor profile. If I had to choose something right now, I would choose the Vegetable Yellow Curry from Pho Real. It is bowl licking delicious!

The skill I most want to learn is … Content and course work creation.

The thing I’ve been binging lately is … My mind is extremely curious and I devote time to learning something new every single day.  Currently, I am binging on developing more practical applications for Akashic Record exploration.

A fun fact about me is … I can bowl a strike with my eyes closed.

My favorite nonprofit to support is … Coburn Place. I also have dreams of creating my own non-profit in the future called the Wolff Foundation (stay tuned for that baby to be born).

What’s next for me is … Cultivating more group experiences and Healing Retreats. Creating online coursework for easier access to Self-Empowerment Tools. Writing my first book and accepting Speaking Engagements. Continuing my mission to impact the world one Sunflower at a time.
