Portrait photographer and owner of Creative Concepts by Lauren, Lauren Harlan got her start as a photographer in high school taking senior pictures of her friends. Now that passion has turned into a blossoming business. Lauren takes photos for online boutiques, families, business professionals, couples, influencers and was recently on the cover of MORE Magazine. She loves to learn about her clients and what sets them apart and turn that into memorable concepts that they will cherish. You’re turn, Lauren!

My Maven Superpower is … Being versatile.

Self-care habits I swear by … Getting a facial.

My first job was … Hostess at Bru Burger.

The best career advice I can offer is Don’t give up when you don’t see progress, progress takes time!

I feel most confident when … I am doing what I love.

A purchase I’ve been loving lately … My new camera flash.

The thing I’ve been binging lately is … Emily in Paris.

The skill I most want to learn is… To learn more graphic design work.

My favorite local dishChicken Rigatoni at Mama Carolla’s

A fun fact about me… I love to travel!

Something I would like to celebrate… I re-branded my business this year, and I hit over 1100 followers on my business account!

What’s next for me is… I am dipping my toes into new areas of photography! Specifically, weddings, more creative portraits, and nature/architecture photos when I travel. I would love to offer prints in the future as well! Also, I am offering branding packages now along with photos and help with social media content.
