Indianapolis is getting its first sweetgreen at The Fashion Mall at Keystone, set to open on Tuesday, Sept. 13.

Now with over 150 locations across the United States, the restaurant brand brings customers fresh, flavorful, made-from-scratch offerings. Sweetgreen’s mission to connect communities to real food shines through in its menu, which includes a variety of innovative warm bowls, salads, and plates. With a plant-forward menu, the cafe averages 30% less carbon-intensive options than the average American meal. This climate-conscious commitment helps cultivate a better environment for all involved: food partners, customers, team members, and the planet.
If you’re wondering what to order, fan favorites include the “Kale Caesar” and the “Harvest Bowl,” but sweetgreen also offers a seasonal menu that rotates five times throughout the year.

In fact, Klosterman Baking Company is the local Indianapolis bread partner, meaning that sweetgreen’s Indy locations will serve Klosterman Baking Company’s bread as a complimentary option for all salads, plates, and bowl orders, and the company’s focaccia will also be available for purchase.
The brand will further support its mission to uplift and feed the community through partnering with its customers to make an impact on Indianapolis: For every bowl sold on opening day, sweetgreen will donate a meal to Second Helpings to nourish Hoosiers experiencing food insecurity.
