The chaotic good finally weighs out this month, even after eclipse season, Mercury retrograde, and all manner of Sadboi™ Pisces placements mucking up the atmosphere. Good news: You’ll get some relief early this month. The second of four Mercury retrogrades in 2022 ends on the 3rd. As Mercury is finally stationed directly in Taurus, unnecessary drama that’s been hanging around for the past few weeks will be put to an end (even if it’s after a little bit of a spice at the Full Moon on June 14th). Things just need to get out in the open and then you’ll have time to process. Miscommunications that popped up over this retrograde period will begin to clear themselves up and reveal what was really going on. If there has been discomfort in relationships, especially misunderstandings and disagreements about shared goals, you can expect them to slowly be resolved and dissipate without force or fanfare.

It’ll be much easier to see where you’re going this month, as June brings bouts of sudden clarity. Everything is conspiring to get you back in touch with yourself and in alignment with your goals on a deeper level. Daddy Saturn, the planet that governs limitations and “the rules” goes retrograde in Aquarius on the 4th. Saturn spends about four months stationed retrograde each year, challenging the structures and routines that we have in place. Since Saturn retrogrades in the revolutionary sign of Aquarius — which loves upheavals — be prepared to roll with the punches. With Mercury in tense angle, you might notice a stressful situation forces you to speak up against the status quo. Through no fault of your own, you are realizing mistakes are being made and you’re the last one who can correct the damage.

The stuff that’s coming up this month is minor and actually should feel quite peaceful. However, the circumstances will still require you to reject the outdated structures that are no longer working for you. You can’t ignore the shadow. Gemini season starts, and the mutable forces draw you in two directions: the role of the eternal child who abandons responsibility, and the mature adult who wants to take care of everything. Duality is forever being displayed in nature: we live and die, strawberries go with cream, masculine and feminine energies must balance out. Profound heartache is just as essential as supreme joy is to the human experience. The sun casts a shadow. The solstice time is a constant, but isn’t always this stark and intense. You are being asked to integrate both sides of yourself and merge the multiple personalities that come up for you.

This month, confrontation of what’s been avoided is what moves the needle. Especially with shaky Neptune, planet of haziness, going in and out of alignment and trying to urge you back into your comfort zone. Denial of facts does not negate them. Your soft underbelly may bump up against someone else’s sharp edges as you turn over the stones that expose how the past has hurt you. Your boundaries may be pushed but new dreams and goals will be revealed by month’s end. Remember this at the Supermoon in Sagittarius on the 14th: Yes is a spell, and no is one, too. Trust your inner voice and learn to express it.

On the 21st, Summer Solstice, the Sun shifts into Cancer and the world feels oddly new for you. Once again, it’s time to realign. Half the year has passed, but there’s still plenty of time to act and bring to life the things that you set out to accomplish this year. As Eleanor Roosevelt said, “Today is the oldest you’ve ever been, and the youngest you’ll ever be again.” You’re much wiser than you once were. You were a totally different person, with a completely different mindset before you decided to become who you are now. It’s hard to imagine that monumental change can happen so simply, but you are who you are now because you decided to be this person. Isn’t that empowering?

At the New Moon on June 28th, you’re resetting yourself emotionally and putting your needs back into focus. Your life is changing and you’re leveling up. Your new story begins with a quantum leap, which is now possible after the Universe set the stage last month with all manner of course-correcting influences and astrological shapeshifters. In order for you to step into this new timeline, there is an unavoidable ending and a final departure from what limits you saw for yourself when you started before the eclipse season. Seize the day. This is a moment that will never reappear.

Life is slowly showing itself to be not quite what it seems and of all the signs, you’re prepared to scratch the veneer and let the truth shine through this month. Luckily, it’s *your* month and you’re not afraid of what comes up as you proceed to ask the right question and logically break down what other people are telling you. You will be feeling more clear, direct, and in your element even though you may have had to deal with frustrating communication delays that wrecked your progress over the past few weeks.

Mercury, your whip-smart ruling planet, flows direct on the 4th after being retrograde for the past month. Something that seemed suspicious last month may finally unearth a heaping portion of drama. You were right … again. Unfortunately, those natural detective abilities don’t always come pre-packaged with a plan for how to deal with the information you uncover. Take your time and be reasonable if someone let you down or something fell apart behind the scenes. Whatever happened might require more work from you, but it will get handled.

An issue related to your health or body (something you’re somewhat disconnected from lately) may be illuminated harshly as the moon waxes into Sagittarius at the Full Moon on the 14th. This lunation is trying to challenge you to redefine who you are and undergo a personal transformation. If you’ve been thinking about confronting an anxiety-inducing situation or getting back on track and realigning with a personal goal, Now. Is. The. Time. You will literally not get more affirming energy for this change until 2023, so take the opportunity to reset to Child’s pose while you can.

This may feel like a chaotic time where personal stuff seems like the last thing you need to be worrying about, but it’s actually the only way to achieve true balance right now and you’ll thank yourself later. This month can feel pretty harsh at times. By June 21, you may be realizing you’ve bitten off more than you can chew on a work/family assignment, and you’re actually totally maxed out on time. The Summer Solstice is urging you to listen to the little demon within and just say eff it for a couple days. There’s only so much you can do, and the task expands to fit the time allotted. It’s a little overwhelming as you struggle to get your bearings and understand how you’ve managed to overcommit when you thought you were pacing yourself as usual. It’s not your fault — whatever plans you made during Mercury retrograde have wildly changed from the original plan. Now you have to prioritize yourself (and your birthday) and make sure you have some fun, too. At the New Moon on June 28, you will start to see your plate clear and you can recede back into the shadows and collect information. Until then, it’s time to act.

Tarotscopes | 10 of Wands: You’re overwhelmed; don’t let it stop you from finishing what you started.

Key Dates: June 1, June 3, June 4, June 9, June 14 (yikes … messy), June 21

Famous Gemini: Alanis Morissette

Cancer (June 21 – July 22):

After being harangued at eclipse season last month, you’re looking for an emotional safe place. June is not it. We swear you’re going to love it anyway. The month starts off relatively quiet: Mercury turns direct on the 4th and a few mistakes or relationship miscommunications are revealed that force you to clean up the mess. You’re used to this though, and you’ve carved out the time and the perfect apology or grand gesture to fix everything. From the 1-11th, Mercury’s angles to Saturn and Neptune require you to play Mommy to a friend or work associate who is going *through* it. With this influence and the coming Full Strawberry Moon on the 14th, you may choose to enter their dramatic world and get stuck there trying to help them. With your tough as nails (yet ultratender underneath) sign, you can sometimes have difficulty with boundaries. The Full Moon forces you to cut ties or severely restrict contact with this person for your own safety. Although you’re often the kind mom-friend, this person may be dealing with addictive patterns or toxic residue from a traumatic childhood and you do not need to get in the middle of that. Especially since it starts to remind you of your own victim mentality. Ahem, that was the point. At (your) New Moon in Cancer on the 28th, expect to start to notice the ways you and your bud are very similar, even if not on the surface. Although June is ultimately emotional and raw, the tears and toil are needed. You’ve been holding them in; let it go.

Tarotscopes | 10 of Swords: You’re at the end of a tough cycle. Kill it dead.

Key Dates: June 9, June 14, June 21, June 28 (chaotic)

Leo (July 23 – August 22):

There’s been a disappearance — start the search party. You’ve cloaked yourself in invisibility this month and it seems like you don’t know how to turn it off. You may have had so much stress and spotlight from others last month that you’ve unconsciously manifested to be an afterthought in June. As Saturn turns retrograde just as Mercury is turning direct, you’re redefining what it means to “lose” and realizing that the “game” you were playing wasn’t worth it anyway. The Full Strawberry Moon in your sister sign Sagittarius on the 14th sparks a period of no contact that forces you to redefine your creative priorities. A small wish to get some time to yourself to write, make music, or craft may end up with you being unexpectedly isolated and people forgetting to prioritize you. Don’t let this trigger you, dear Leo. You’re always a superstar to us and we know this is mega temporary. At the end of the month at the über emotional New Moon in Cancer, enjoy being a nobody for a second and relishing in feeling whatever comes over you in private. This month is designed to give you time and space to integrate a new part of yourself into your current personal brand. It might be a little more sensitive, but your fans and friends need to see that you’re real and not some hyphy version you’ve concocted for IG.

Tarotscopes |5 of Swords: Failure gives you freedom from having to keep playing the game.

Key Dates: June 1, June 3, June 9, June 10, June 28

Virgo (August 23 – September 22):

You’re getting your energy back and feeling alive. With Summer Solstice this month and all manner of eclipse-related chaos behind you from May, you’re singing a different tune. Things feel almost too quiet from June 2nd-4th, and you might notice that what felt like it used to take a ton of effort is actually super easy for you now. Congratulations; you’re officially used to adversity in 2022 and now the last half of the year should feel like an unexpected cakewalk. To add to that, a complex situation that comes to a culmination at the Full Moon on June 14th oddly gives you permission to take what you wanted from the beginning. A partner or colleague may cross a boundary that allows you to take back your power shamelessly. For you Virgo, as long as someone else is in the wrong or not doing their due diligence, you feel free to abscond from helping them guilt-free. Take whatever energy you were channeling into dealing with other people’s problems in May and focus on your career trajectory. You can get so enmeshed in mastering the tasks of your job that you forget where you’re even going long-term. There’s something happening this month that requires a major sync. You may be starting a new position or getting a promotion, but this New Moon on the 28th has the power to launch you in a slightly retooled direction. You will be using the same skills in the coming months, but in a different division (think production to design or academic to industry). You’re heading somewhere that’s more intellectually stimulating for you and affords you maximum growth.

Tarotscopes | Ace of Wands: You’re asking for what you want. Don’t hesitate to take it when it’s offered.

Key Dates: June 2, June 7, June 11, June 14, June 28

Libra (September 23 – October 22):

This month, your intuition is almost as sharp as your wit, and you’re being pulled in new and exciting directions. This Mercury retrograde was tough for you; you exposed a lot of things about yourself that you don’t exactly love. Now, with Mercury going direct on the 4th, you feel safer to be your true charming self. It’s suddenly crystal clear where others are laying it on thick and puttin’ on the Ritz for you. Throughout June, you have little tolerance for grand gestures and this kind of display of charm is kinda gross to you this month, even though usually, having people go out of their way to show you a good time is fun. Right now, it just feels inauthentic and all you want people to do is show you the real them. Call out/cancel culture calls and you feel compelled to take a stand, but be wary of publicly denouncing people, places, and things. Mercury retrograde is still in its shadow phase for more than half of June (until the 18th) and the pot may be sweetened later on. You can tell when people flip the switch and turn it on for you only because you’re the master of this behavior. It smacks of shame a little bit, doesn’t it? You may feel compelled to scoff at fakeness now, but this is your mirror. You’re being shown an extreme, but you recognize it only because they aren’t as skilled in it as you are. Take two deep breaths and choose silence. With Venus entering Gemini on the 22nd, you’re shedding even more of your protective layers and the universe is responding in kind with opportunities, harmony in relationships, and more. Throughout this month, things are all developing and moving along at exactly the pace you want them to, making you feel safer to open up even more — this is the cycle of abundance you’ve been wishing for. This peaks on the 28th, when the New Moon in Cancer brings true acceptance of what is so that what will be can bloom.

Tarotscopes | 7 of Cups: If you could go anywhere, where would you go? The world is at your feet and you can go anywhere. Just don’t get lost in the clouds.

Key Dates: June 4, June 18, June 22, June 28

Scorpio (October 23 – November 21):

This month, with planetary guidance, you’re gaining deeper insight into why tf you are the way you are. You still feel tender after this spring’s eclipse season, and it’s possible you learned some things you didn’t want to know about the situations you’ve been dwelling on. Not only that, the fact that you’ve been dwelling on these things likely revealed something unsavory about who you’ve become in light of this. If you’ve spent the last several weeks, months, years fixating on a situation that suddenly feels, like, wayyy played out, it’s feeling tired. Finally. This is because the eclipses revealed to you exactly what you needed to know and now that they’re highlighted in stark contrast, you can no longer choose to ignore them. Just as Mercury resumes its forward motion, both Neptune and Saturn will begin their retrogrades. Whether you’ve been choosing to ignore it or trying to accept it, there’s a situation in your life that you just don’t want to be in. This type of thing is always painful, but necessary. You can no longer torture yourself by pretending that you are okay with certain situations just because you want someone else to be happy — and even though that’s hard in the moment, isn’t it beautiful to free yourself from the prison of faking it? Once you speak up, you’re free.

Tarotscopes | Temperance: Keep both feet on the ground and don’t allow yourself to numb out.

Key Dates: June 4, June 28

Sagittarius (November 22 – December 21):

This summer might look and feel a lot different to you than the past few. You’ve been focusing, tightening your belt a little, and generally just focusing on doing you, and this is bringing your goals into starker relief. You may feel like you’re more focused than ever, and in turn, you’re more like yourself than ever. Just remember the little guys that helped you along the way. Your stepping stones weren’t people, and there were many following the path with you. Just bear in mind that the words you don’t say can sometimes hurt just as bad as the ones you do. You may be approached with an opportunity to give your honest opinion on a situation where tension has been building steadily over time; be super careful not to put your foot in your mouth, especially mid-month. It’s likely others agree with you anyway, so there’s no need to confirm or deny. Watch for snakes in the grass who may try to catch you off guard and take advantage of your ability to think fast; they might use this Sagittarian bonus trait to get you talking on something you’d rather steer clear of for now. You don’t have to accept or reject an idea at this time — try your best to avoid impulsivity. Things are likely to take a turn in your favor either way and in the very near future, you’ll see that you’re far better off for laying low on the issue. By no means are we suggesting you stifle your truth. It’s just that you’re likely to say something you’ll regret which could lead to missed connections, miscommunications, and lost opportunities. Instead, bite your tongue until you have all the details. Instant gratification isn’t gratifying here, and this is an opportunity you don’t want to lose. On the flip side, if you do put your foot in your mouth, have the humility to apologize sincerely.

Tarotscopes | Knight of Cups: Is this an offer you can afford to refuse? How would you feel if you didn’t get this one again?

Key Dates: June 13, June 22, June 28

Capricorn (December 22 – January 19):

Your recent lucky streak slows to a trickle this month, and you’re forced to take a good, hard look in the mirror. Usually, you can place the blame elsewhere when things start to fall apart, but lately, you’ve been overpromising and under-delivering, writing checks your mouth can’t cash. You have definitely over-extended yourself, especially when it comes to responsibilities and assets; you may owe more than you can pay back, or you may have committed to something you can’t quite fulfill. This is not the end of the world! For you, it always takes a misstep like this to truly inspire adjustments. Your ruler, Saturn, is making some moves this month that put you in your place and challenge you to take stock of where you’ve been expending your efforts. Where have you given too much without receiving in return? It’s time to really examine your spending and your income, and tbh it’s possible that you’re simply not making enough money, receiving enough love, or allowing yourself enough time to complete your tasks. You might just need to cut your losses now and move on. Sometimes summer makes you act up, go wild, and spend recklessly, but this is your wake-up call. You don’t have to say yes to every outing, indulgence, or getaway. And, anyway, do you even want to? Take your own advice this month.

Tarotscopes | 4 of Cups: You’re allowed to say no when you want to! Wait to react if you’re unsure; things may look different in the light of day.

Key Dates: June 4, June 21, June 28

Aquarius (January 20 – February 18):

Step away from the screens, Aquarius! The constant barrage of information and the ever-present chatter humming in the background are taking their toll on your health — mentally, physically, psychically, and emotionally. You’re due for a major reset this month, as you’re faced with the reality that you’ve become so detached from yourself that you didn’t even realize it. But when your traditional ruler, Saturn, the taskmaster and planet of responsibility and restriction, begins its retrograde course on the 4th, it’s clear how far you’ve strayed from your inner sanctuary. This gives you plenty of time to spend the month recalibrating your routines and thought processes. You’ve just been on autopilot, completing your daily cycle without even recognizing what you’re doing. Do you even remember what you did yesterday, let alone last weekend? You’re accustomed to operating in the cloud, but it’s time for you to come back down into your body and focus on reality. The “jobs” you’re doing do not make a life and you didn’t even realize you were due for this reset until it smacks you in the face. It feels good to be back, doesn’t it? As your priorities shift, be sure to make extra time for connecting with your closest babes and when things pick back up on the 28th’s New Moon, be ready to set clear boundaries to keep your work/life balance in check.

Tarotscopes | Page of Pentacles: Do something different when wash, rinse, and repeat doesn’t remove the stain. Change tack.

Key Dates:  June 4, June 13, June 14, June 28

Pisces (February 19 – March 20):

You are in the midst of your cosmic flow as summer goes into full swing, and you’re able to see in all dimensions when situations and people are sucking you dry. Not only are you able to tell that people are taking advantage of you, but you are also picking up on their intentions for doing so. You might find yourself feeling quite overwhelmed this month with how much other people’s energy is affecting you, and it’s a good idea to simply say no when something feels off. You can navigate the stress levels, but the key thing to keep in mind is that you do not have to. You literally don’t have to do anything you don’t want to do, and now is not the time to people-please. The second half of the month feels like a gauzy, opulent Shakespearean romance. Think whimsy levels pushing “A Midsummers Night’s Dream” vibes off the chart. You’re especially attuned to this frequency and feel absolutely lit from within. Your ruler, Neptune — the planet of dreams, the subconscious, and the unknown — goes retrograde on the 28th, and while this might have others dropping like flies, you’re delicately tiptoeing over their bodies. You own the night.

Tarotscopes | Two of Pentacles: You can manage all the moving parts and still make time for yourself.

Key Dates: June 13, June 21, June 22, June 28

Aries (March 21 – April 19):

A tad catastrophic for you to be forced to wait, but kind of mature of you to figure out a way to delay gratification and still get what you want. You are planting seeds this month and taking your time, Aries. June — although obviously the beginning of summer (ahem, and party time) will also have you feeling super productive and work-focused. Your energy is finally back to normal from the life-suck that was eclipse season and you’re feeling relatively chill considering the low-level of anger that’s been simmering beneath the surface in your life since the beginning of 2022. With the Full Moon on June 14th in the fellow fire sign of Sagittarius, expect to see a couple of changes as your remarkable initiative opens doors of opportunity. Along with a little friction as you finally voice your concerns and advocate for your rights. Not so fast though … these are just the beginnings of what’s to come and in a lot of ways that adds more potential than you were even imagining. Still, you need to take your time and don’t just assume that you deserve it all at once when you’re still a little green. Eclipse season may have rocked you and forced you to make some uncomfortable and immediate decisions, but in June you’re righting yourself like a falling cat and now you’re taking baby steps toward a more secure future. This month you’re not acting on impulse — you’re actually paying attention to the facts, focused on outcomes, and laying into your goals in real time. Check your expectations of pace and you’re golden.

Tarotscopes | Page of Pentacles: So close, but so far away. Keep going and you’ll become a new person.

Key Dates: June 9, June 11 (productive), June 21, June 28

Taurus (April 20 – May 20):

You’ve finished all your tasks and you’re sick of sitting here! It’s time to move. June is a time of reigniting your energy and lighting a fire on the things that make you actually happy. You’re not typically comfortable pushing yourself outside your comfort zone, but this month you’re feeling itchy feet and you just can’t tolerate doing the same things and visiting the same places. With Mercury in your sign and making angles with Saturn from June 1st-4th, you are fighting with your inner parent and sneaking out of the proverbial house. By mid-month, you escalate to feeling the romantic urge to throw your life away, drink during the day, walk around naked; you may be in vacation mode even if you’re very much still at work. No matter — you’re a master of making yourself look busy while you’re actually chilling tf out. At the Full Moon, you’ll finally get your chance to depart from your responsibilities and possibly end a situation that’s felt excruciatingly limiting in your private life. You know you’ve been hanging on too long, but it’s been hard to cut the cord. You’re realizing a situation isn’t just “part of life” and you totally have the power to change it. Note: you don’t have to clean up everything before you leave like you’ve been ingrained to believe. You require freedom and it’s time to cut ties with the toxic ingredients of your past. Your instincts are correct now: it’s not serving you. Don’t worry, you’ll have plenty of time before you have to get back to “real life.”

Tarotscopes | The Fool: The escape button is available at any time. You don’t have it all figured out.

Key Dates: June 1, June 4, June 5, June 10, June 21, June 28 (for peace and quiet)
